- Key Pattern 1 : get (one's) email

1. Did you get my email? 제 이메일 받았나요?

2. I got your email the other day. 나는 며칠 전에 너의 이메일을 받았다.

 

- Key Pattern 2 : check one's email

1. Go check your email. 가서 너의 이메일을 확인해봐.

2. I haven't checked my email yet. 나는 아직 내 이메일을 확인하지 못 했다.

 

- Key Pattern 3 : in-box

1. My in-box seems to be full. 내 수신함이 가득찬 것 같다.

2. You can't get email if your in-box is full.

   만약에 너의 수신함이 가득차면 너는 이메일을 받을 수 없다.

 

- Key Pattern 4 : halfway across the world

1. He lives halfway across the world. 그는 지구 반대편에 살고 있다.

2. We can get news from halfway across the world.

   우리는 지구 반대편에서 뉴스를 받을 수 있다.

1. I get tons of email every day. Honestly, most of them are spam mail.

   It's a great thing we have spam filters on our accounts.

   나는 매일 수천 통의 이메일을 받는다. 솔직히 대부분은 스팸 메일이다.

   우리는 계정에 스팸 필터를 가지고 있는 것은 아주 좋은 것이다.

2. Email is very helpful because it saves us time and energy.

   We can send stuff to people halfway across the world very easily via email.

   이메일은 우리의 시간과 에너지를 절약해주기 때문에 매우 도움이 된다.

   우리는 이메일을 통해서 아주 쉽게 지구 반대편의 사람들에게 편지를 보낼 수 있다.

3. We just have to make sure our in-boxes don't get full.

   Many people check their email on the run thanks to smartphones.

   우리는 수신함이 가득 차지 않도록 해야만 한다.

   많은 사람들이 스마트폰을 통해서 이동 중에 이메일 확인을 한다.

4. And because wireless Internet has become pretty fast,

   sending large attachments has gotten a lot easier.

   그리고 무선 인터넷을 꽤 빠르기 때문에 큰 파일 전송도 아주 쉽게 보낼 수 있다.
