Lesson 25 - My Favorite Book 내가 가장 좋아하는 책

 

Step 1. 눈 암기 훈련

1. 저는 고전에서부터 여행에 이르기까지 다양한 책들을 읽어요. I read a range of books from classics to traveling.

    * many kinds of, range

2. 시대를 초월해서 가장 좋아하는 책을 고르는 건 정말 어려운 일이에요. I find it really difficult to choose an all-time favorite book.

    * find 목적어 형용사 ~ 이 ~상태라고 생각한다.

    * I find her attractive.

    * I find it difficult to teach English in a interesting way. 재미있는 방법으로 영어를 가르치는 것은 어렵다고 느낀다.

3. "앵무새 죽이기"는 제가 여러 해 동안 몇 번이나 되풀이하여 읽은 책이에요. "To kill a Mockingbird" is a book (that) I've read many times over the years.

4. 이 책은 오랜 시간이 지나도 변함이 없어요. This one has stood the test of time.

    * stand + 목적어 : 견디다, 참다, I can't stand this.

Step 2. 입 암송 훈련

1. 저는 고전에서부터 여행에 이르기까지 다양한 책들을 읽어요. I read a range of books from classics to traveling.

2. 시대를 초월해서 가장 좋아하는 책을 고르는 건 정말 어려운 일이에요. I find it really difficult to choose an all-time favorite book.

3. "앵무새 죽이기"는 제가 여러 해 동안 몇번이나 되풀이하여 읽은 책이에요. "To kill a Mockingbird" is a book I've read many times over the years.

4. 이 책은 오랜 시간이 지나도 변함이 없어요. This one has stood the test of time.
